Sims 4 Xbox one resizing

My sims 4 on Xbox one was loading and the game went to resize and ea agreement popped up. Reloaded game and I have played all of the event for the reward and now they are all missing but the first event that was given to up. I was setting up for the new event when this happened. I upset with all of the bugs on consoles. Please help I want all of my reward back that I have earned.
