Sims 4

My sims  four on xbox one is not working.I want my money back for it.I can't even play it!!!!!!!!

I can't get nothing from my gallery and profile.Every time I try to click on something.It gets stuck and freezes and I have to turn the game off and turn it back on & and a lot more other problems
