Sims anniversary update not working

Hi I have sims 4 on the ps5, I have updated my sims every time gone in to check it’s got the latest version and even deleted the app and reinstalled it twice and nothing is working to get the new base game content. Can anyone help what’s going on if this is just me or an issue with the console users

    Hello,

    Do you have the SDX drops enabled in your game settings? From the in-game menu, head to Game Options-> Sims Delivery and be sure that box is checked. You'll need to fully restart the game once the SDX has installed in order to see the content in-game.

    The new content comes via SDX (sim delivery) its not an update. It should start downloading when you open the game (should give you a message when it does), if this hasnt happend, check your settings (game options -> sims delivery) see of the "automatically download" box is checked (check if not) and click the "check for new content" button, this should make it download.

    Edit: oops, didnt see Solaires message before...sorry for the repeat.
