Is there anything blocking access to the hot tub? Have you tried replacing the hot tub?
Have you tested this with any other households or on any other lots?
- @EA_Solaire The answer to all those questions is "no".
I did some more testing last night, and I did finally get it to work, but I had to select the option several times before it would "take". I tried it again later, and same thing, it kept failing over and over until it randomly worked.- EA_Solaire
Try replacing the hot tub please and let me know if that helps, if not please test this on a few different lots and different save files as well- let me know how you get on!
