Sims data gone after Xbox reset

So I had to reset my Xbox like I’ve done before when my sims game just wouldn’t load, whenever I pressed to go into the game. I’ve done this twice before but I didn’t have any problems when I got back into the sims game after the reset. And no I didn’t do a full reset, so I still have all of my data and everything. And when I go into the manage game and add ons I can see that it still has my data but it just won’t actually load into the game itself. So i desperate to get some help on this! I have a major sims addiction, im like a crack head when it comes to this game! So help is very much needed!
