Sims stop doing what i tell to do..

Hi! I just recently purchased cottage life and discover university... so alot of money and I'm wondering if this is a system problem or a pack bug..  But I noticed when I first play the game will be...

    Hey there @Sam4522,

    To prevent your Sims from becoming unresponsive like this, I'd recommend keeping their action queue fairly short- don't give them too many tasks to do at one time. 

    You'll also want to use the Reset Sim cheat to get your Sim to respond again. To do this, you'll open the cheat bar by pressing down and holding the L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 buttons. Once the cheat bar is open, type in testingCheats true then enter resetSim Firstname Lastname. So if you're playing with Bella Goth, the cheat would be resetSim Bella Goth

Thank you for your help!

I have tried the reset cheat, but by pressing circle and X then resetting my sims. Still nothing. But I shall try the code that way. I noticed it seems to only happen when I'm at an university or a house with I suppose too many sims. 

But then again, thank you for your response and help!
