My Sims pause for long periods of time before completing assigned tasks or in many cases, they will just clear the list of tasks at once and proceed to do whatever they want or sometimes just stand still until their needs drain. I made sure that freewill is enabled, but does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with this glitch? I saw similar questions but no solutions.
My Sims are unable to complete certain tasks like going upstairs and getting into bed to sleep. These are tasks that were previously performed without any issues. However, my Sims won't even go into some rooms and the "Can't reach/access object" alert pops up over their head as they wave their arm furiously. To get around this issue I command my sim to walk to the top of the stairs, then to go into the bedroom (right in front of the bed) and then activate the bed to sleep. This usually fixes the issue, but it is a lot of work and nearly impossible to do with a household of unruly sims. Any solutions would be appreciated!
