Sims4 EA agreement deleted all my progress
Hello,
I have been playing the sims 4 on my PS4 since October 2018 and there has never been a problem until now. I clicked onto the sims4 game and it came up showing me an EA agreement. I thought I would not be able to play unless I agreed, so I did. But I had loads of family and saved games and stuff and after I pressed agree, It deleted all my work.
I am very upset by this and would like to know if anyone knows a way I can get my work back.Please reply to this if you have had the same problem or know how to fix it.

I just found a way to fix this problem! You will have to turn your PS4 off and then turn your TV off. Leave it for a while (I left mine for an hour) and then turn it back on.
I hope this helps anyone else who has this problem, but if it doesn't then please reply and I will try and help best I can!
