Sims4 growing together pack disappeared

I bought a pack “Growing together” in sims4 at the day it was released, today after 3 months the pack disappeared like it wasn’t even released at all!  idk what to do, I have a picture of when I...

    Hi there @ilujain11,

    Please run through the following steps:

    • Restore the licenses on your console 
    • Go to your Game Library 
    • Scroll to Your Collection
    • Select The Sims 4
    • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
    • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
    • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims

    If you're still not able to access Growing Together once you've tried this, be sure to let me know!
