Some Rewards Stopped Working

Sims 4 on PS4

Out of nowhere and even though I have Steel Bladder, my Sim now has to go to the bathroom all the time.

I cannot rebuy the aspiration and there is no MORE Steel Bladder one to upgrade it

Although I do not think it has anything to do with it, I had just recently purchased the DLC pack that give you the butler

I also have the Carefree Reward and it isn't working either.

So far as I can tell, Antiseptic is working amd Never Weary is working.  My hunger Reward seems to be working???? maybe.

WTH?

    @BluntForceKarma A couple reports have been made for traits not working properly. The iceproof/heatproof traits specifically. If you are having the same issue in a new game with a new sim as, or have uninstalled and reinstalled your game and the same happens please open a bug report after testing on a new save/sim.
