Stuck on Sims 4 logo screen - PS5 and PS4

Hello, 

I manage to figure a solution but not ideal. The sims 4 can load with my mobile network and then I change to connect to my WiFi. This seems to work however I didn’t have this issue before the update. My other games seem to work fine with my WiFi. I have erased my WiFi and join again but this did not work. 

Due to resetting my PS5, the previous error history has gone. From what I can remember, it said there was error with system software. This prompted to update my PS5 and update my games as the same time.  There wasn’t anything major that stood out, besides prompting a software update and syncing data.
