The residence selection command does not appear

I started the Legacy Challenge, but I can't select the required vacant lot of more than 50x50 in any world.
I can't even select a large house, and I can't see the details.
I was prompted to restart the game once, and when I did, a selection button that allowed me to make a vacant lot of more than 50x50 appeared, so I was able to proceed, but when I started a new game again, the same problem occurred again.
This time, restarting and uninstalling it didn't fix the problem.
How can I solve this?
I'm playing on PS5.

It's possible that it's different on console and motherlode also requires the cheat. On PC we don't have disabling trophies at all with cheats but for us the achievements are per save and basically useless. Maybe they made all free money cheat testing cheats on console.

Motherlode just adds money though, it doesn't give you any other signs that it worked. Since you say you were able to buy it now, do you have more money ?

Indeed, when I watch cheat-related videos on YouTube, even freerealestate and motherload start off by explaining that they're testing cheats on.
My money didn't increase and I was still at §20,000, but I was able to buy it as a vacant lot, so now I'm living in a huge piece of land with no roof lol
