The Sims 4 (PS4) freezing, and crashing on PS5

Question

hi, I play The Sims 4 ps4 version on a ps5. From the bunk beds update it has been freezing, it won't save anything to the library,&nbsp; it crashes when trying to upload to the gallery and wiped all my gallery downloads. I thought maybe it was the game disc so i switched to the digital version and nothing have changed. I have also checked to make sure both the game and ps5 is updated and also cleared my ps5 cache with the&nbsp; EA recommened steps. I am out of ways to fix it and i would like it to keep my builds. Can anyone help?

@Tanya2124 The freezing is a bug. So is the gallery crashing and items being deleted. Please open bug reports (One issue per report) for these issues or use the already existing bug reports for your issues (as linked in the above post) in the bug forums. https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/bd-p/The-Sims-4-Bugs

Hii. I read through the links you provided. I don't have another account on my ps5. This is a game transfer from ps4 and I only have one controller. The controller does not disconnect when the game freezes. I am still able to go back to the quick menu to restart the game. Today I am on my 6 time restarting the game in under an hour, it's that bad. The ps5 solutions link you have didn't help for my problem. I appreciate your help tho
