The Sims 4 screen size and accepting data agreements reset

Good afternoon, i would like to ask something. Every time i open The Sims 4, i have to accept the data agreements and i have to set the screen size, like if i would opened the game for the first time...

Edit: I've had a look around to get some ideas as to what could be causing this in both instances and found some suggestions. So, did you change anything on your Home Screen or User Profile, your username or password or anything like that recently? In your Sims 4 Game Options is your game linked?

Thank you for the answer! Well not really, i havent changed nothing. Yesterday i tries to delete the Sims 4 configuration datas from the PS5 menu options, and it seems it was solved. Ill try again to see if its solved.
