Hey TamaYushi,
Are the kits appearing as owned when you're signed in to the same account you used to purchase them?
Just to clarify, if you bought two kits on one EA account, those kits would only be accessible when logged in to that account. In other words, entitlement is not determined by the device you're playing on, but by the EA account used. That's likely why the kits aren't appearing as owned on some EA accounts, but are on the one.
Let us know if the kits aren't appearing as owned on any account, thanks!

Thank you for your answer but to explain it better, I bought two kits on my parent’s account thanks to game pass points since I cannot purchase from my own account with those. Problem is I play with my account and the kits I bought only appear on my parent’s one so I think kits or packs should still appear on every accounts because we are not purchasing them multiple times.

Thanks for elaborating TamaYushi.
If you're playing the Sims 4 with your EA account through Xbox, and the kits are on your parents' EA account through Xbox, setting up game sharing might help you access those kits.
To start game sharing, you'll need to sign in to the Xbox on your parents' account, where the kits appear as owned, navigate to Settings and set the Xbox as your home Xbox. If you're facing any pushback or would like more information on how game sharing would work, please contact Xbox's support team for additional assistance, as they'd have the most information in this case.
