Unable to Access Sims4 Online Gallery: PS4

Question

I have been playing the Sims4 for years now. After a long wait, we now have access to the online gallery.

The PS4 used at my house is community. Thusly why we have multiple profiles.

The main profile can access this feature. However other profiles are unable. Is there a way to access it or is it just unavailable?

@Sammy0923&nbsp;The online gallery is age restricted. If you have EA child accounts or PS4 parental controls on the alternate accounts, those are interfering with online gallery access.
