I was having the same issue, I talked to a guy named Josh using the chat, we determined it's a bug on the ps4 interface. I have the guitar in my build/buy menus, but it still says I don't own the content, on the homepage when I go to log in. Not sure where to go to log bugs though...

We are aware of the issue on console where it says you don't own the guitar even though you do. The guitar should be granted when linking your Origin account to your console account.
- How do I do that? The link on console is broken
