Unable to go into house

Question

Hi is anyone else unable to go into their house? I thought it might be because something was in the way or something was wrong with the stairs, but it isn't either of those things. It looks exactly like when you visit another SIMs house before knocking on the door, but I can't enter the house at all.&nbsp;

This isnt on PC this is on an Xbox one.&nbsp;

@blair_askeyCan you try simply going to another lot (travel) with your sims. You can also try going to manage worlds, or load a different household and then go back to your household to see if their house responds properly.
