Unable to place walls feb2024

After the last update feb 27 2024. I am unable to build, the wall tool don't want to work. When I try to build, the walls don't appear if I want to start in an empty lot. I restarted my console several times but still not working... Help please!!

Thanks, let's try the following to clear this up:

    Turn off Your system completely

    • Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.
    • Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds.
Important Be sure to wait at least 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.
    • Plug the console power cable back in.
    • Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on.

    Uninstall and Reinstall the game:

    Uninstall

    • Press the Xbox button to open the guide, then select My games & apps > See all > Games.
    • Highlight the game you want to uninstall, press the Menu button select Uninstall, and then follow the prompts.

    Reinstall

    • You can then reinstall the game by inserting the disc or downloading it again from the Microsoft Store or Xbox Game Pass, or go to My games & apps > Full library.
    • DLC - Highlight the Sims 4 on the dashboard. Press the Menu button, Select Manage Games and Addons. Install all the DLC from there.

    Hey there @M1cHaE1007

Which platform are you playing on? Have you tested this on a different lot, as well as testing a brand new save file?

I play on Xbox one. Yes I tried on a different lot but could only build a couple of walls and my game crashed. I loaded the game again and when I tried to use the wall tool... nothing. I'm not able to build anything not even fences. If I try to go to manage world is an endless loading screen.

The problem seems to be random. I tried the first option like four times yesterday and it didn't work. I tried that same option today and the game is working normally now.
