what console are you using?
I am on XB1 and yes, you can uninstall packs individually, go to my games and apps, press the menu button on the sims4 and select manage game and add ons, you'll see the base game and all the DLC installed on the right side, now press the menu button on any DLC you want to uninstall and, well, select "uninstall".

Thanks for the reply I'm on a PS4.
ok, well I don't know the steps on PS4 but I am sure it must be possible too.
Edit: just searched it out of curiousity and it seems like PS4 has no option to uninstall DLC individually so, yeah, you'd have to uninstall everything and than reinstall what you want.

@Rachelharris31 You have to delete the entire game off your console and redownload to remove DLC.
