Update 2.20 did not restore gallery access on PS5

What exactly are you seeing when you try to access the Gallery- is it showing blank or are you seeing an error message? 

Same issue with mines as well. I even deleted everything and downloaded the entire game again. I’ve also did a factory reset. Same result with the gallery. I get server error code. I’ve reached out to EA due to it saying on sims 4 “authorize EA privacy”, well when I went to the settings everything was connected and authorized. EA support looked into and said there has appear to be a bug with the authorization and to relay the message. The EA accounts are reading that the consoles are not authorized even if you do have the setting set and authorized. When they are going to fix it? Well they say don’t they know and to just check and see when it works again. But the issue has been noticed and reported today.  

My game also keeps crashing can’t get 10mins of gameplay for real & can’t save game without crashing. 

There's no symbol or option for gallery at all, just library.

Do you have Online Social Features Access enabled in your game settings? 

I tried every setting over and over again, including checking this one (online social features)

Thanks, let's try a full uninstall and reinstall of The Sims, let me know if you can access the Gallery then.

What's the exact error you're seeing, can you attach a screenshot to your post for me? 

I didn’t have this issue until the game update 2.20. Also everytime I get on to see if it’s going to work (which it crashes after every save and auto save and ends up not working) my settings are reset and the packs all pop up like I just brought them. I haven’t been able to play for over a month and it’s frustrating knowing I spent all this money for it to not work. I can’t travel or play more than 5-20mins. It crashes on the saves and auto saves. Also my EA access has messed up after the update saying I haven’t authorized EA when it is authorized. I’ve reached out to EA personally and he saw that I was authorized and unsure why it’s saying that and that there may be a bug and they will work on it. That was weeks ago. My gallery is saying I need to give authorization to EA. 

I’ve tried turning off Wi-Fi to play , same result. Cleared cache, uninstalled download and redownloaded 3 times, factory reset, data reset, deleted some data from sims 4, updated system, restore license, and nothing is working. I don’t have mods or cc. Every game in the PlayStation works just fine but sims 4.
