What?

First time posting here. I bought two expansion packs when they were on sale almost a year ago. The High School one and the Paranormal one. When i got on my PS to play it made me redownload the game....

Heya katybugkmd​ 

First, let's check the following:

  • Restore the licenses on your console 
  • Go to your Game Library 
  • Scroll to Your Collection
  • Select The Sims 4
  • Scroll down to Add-Ons and locate your DLC here
  • Select the DLC in this list and select Install
  • When the download finishes, let your new content install and restart The Sims


If you're still being prompted to purchase these packs, please check over the transaction history for your PSN account to verify that you're logging into the same account you had originally bought them on.
