Where are my Sims 4 packs?
i recently got a Xbox series X and when I went to log in, it says that I don’t own sims or any of the expansions. I own quite a few of them on my Xbox one, and when I sign into Xbox and EA on my pc it shows some of my packs(since it’s not all compatible) but now that I’ve logged into my account on an actual Xbox it isn’t showing ANY of them. When I go into my purchase history on Microsoft you can see all the packs I have purchased so why aren’t they showing up on my actual Xbox?

Let's try the following to ensure all your packs are fully installed:
- Highlight The Sims on the dashboard
- Press the Menu button on the controller
- Select "Manage Games and Add-ons"
- You should see an option here to "Install" your DLC
