@TheeDollJade you need to go into Game Options and Online Social Features and check the box. I'm not on my Xbox right now but if I remember correctly it's in Other.
It may be that your console lost it's connection.
I don’t see that option. I think the problem is that it gives me the option to link my EA account even though my EA account is already linked to my Xbox so I’ll press “Link EA Account” and it basically restarts my game with nothing different. Thanks for your help though!

What specific error are you seeing when you try to connect?
You can check if your gamertag is currently linked to your EA account by looking over the Connections section on your EA account here. Let me know if you're seeing your gamertag attached there.
@TheeDollJade here's a photo of the option I mentioned. It would need to be ticked. Mine sometimes isn't after an update and needs ticking again.
