I bought Sims 4 with Cats & Dogs last year. Now it says I can get small pets if I have Cats and Dogs. The only thing is I can't....I have looked up and a few people have said to delete the game and reinstall the only thing is I have been playing generations of my first sim for a year and don't want to lose it. How do I get Small Pets on my Xbox one?¿
@Canadaduckie You can purchase the My First Pet Stuff pack through the microsoft store on your XBox one. It is not included in Cats and Dogs and requires a separate purchase.
Well good luck getting the My First Pet pack to work if you own the cats and dogs pat on disk. Microsoft and EA want to charge the full $39.99 for the bundle . They still haven’t gotten that part working. Not sure why it is taking so long!
Gahh, sorry about spelling! To clarify, if you own Sims 4 with Cats and Dogs bundle on disk, you cannot get the My First Pet Stuff pack separately for $9.99. The only option on Xbox store is the Cats & Dogs pack with My First Pet Stuff bundle for $39.99, ith no discount since I already own Cats & Dogs Pack. Microsoft and EA both pass the buck on resolving this, and to date, since 3/31/2020, no resolution!
