Haven’t posted here today so hope I’m doing this right. Noticed last week that I can’t save my game at all. I play on the Xbox and it comes up with error code 0. It’s really annoying so I’ve stopped playing altogether. things I’ve tried so far - restarting the Xbox - taking out all the wires and starting again - saving game under a different slot and different title (this just wiped the new game altogether) - have checked it’s the latest version non of the above has worked so wondering if anyone knows how to fix it? I don’t have Mod’s or anything like that have checked and the other threads looked quite old so starting a new one thanks 🙂 Edit by PoptartJuniper: Changed title to reflect error code issue for search purposes.

You can try uninstalling the game and all expacs and reinstalling again.

Do you happen to download a lot of content from the Gallery?

On your Xbox console, go to Settings > System > Storage Devices. How much space does it say is free?

Go to The Sims 4 on the Xbox Dashboard and press the MENU button. Select Manage Game & Add-ons. Select Saved Data. What do you see there and what sizes? One should be called Reserved Space that is 1GB. Another should have your Gamertag and avatar next to it - How big does the game say the file is?

I am having this issue also. I have tried everything short of setting the console on fire. I have 1gb reserved and 98mb next to my user tag. I literally only have this one game on my console and some app so storage isn't the issue as I have only used 16% of the internal storage.
I deleted everything I downloaded from the gallery and recaptured it from the cloud. It worked for 3 Sim days and I tried to save and the error returned. I tried to auto save by visiting a different lot only to be faced with the gray Llama on the sims home lot when I logged back
This started happening after my game crashed randomly one day.
Lost all my legacy families and really feeling defeated by a game I invest close to 1000 bucks. Not including the console. So any help on this one would be appreciated.

Have you tried this:

Go to Sims 4 on the Xbox Dashboard and press the MENU button

Select Manage Game & Add-ons

Select Saved Data

Delete the Reserved Space file and launch TS4 again

@SimQARobo I do not download a lot of gallery content. My gamer tag says I have 28.7 MB and my Reserved Space in game is 1GB M. My game takes up 74.7g. I have almost every expansion for TS4 and have spent a lot of money on this game only to have it be unplayable for months. Please help.

This happened after I installed the Werewolf pack.

can’t save (error: 0)
game file was completely deleted
Gallery not loading
lots not loading
(playing on Xbox)
