Xbox one Sims 4 cursor

I finally bought an Xbox one and the first game I was dying to get was Sims 4. I’ve been a huge fan of Sims every since I played it on my GBA. I’ve been working my way up the ladder so I was so excited when Sims 4 came out. I started playing it and I absolutely despise the cursor! Sometimes, it does t accurately click on objects or it goes over them. I would absolutely love it if we had an option on which cursor we wanted to use. The computer version cursor or the older versions like in Sims 3 Pets for the 360. Please help me spread the word on this. I’m not saying take away the current cursor completely but giving a choice would be great. Thanks!
