Routing issue

I play sims on Xbox and recently, only when I go into the room will it do this. But, it doesn’t let my sim walk through. I don’t have bb.moveobjects on and I’m not sure why it’s doing this I’ve moved things around to ensure she can walk through the door but, it isn’t working. lmk as soon as possible what might be going on.
