Xbox testing cheats not working

Hi! I’m writing this post about a problem I encountered with my Xbox. When I was playing the sims 4, I would open the cheat command input screen (Rt + Rb + Lt + Lb) and type exactly this: “testingCheats True” without the quotation marks, and nothing happened the input screen just stayed blank and nothing happened so that’s when I tried; “money 500000” and again, nothing happened and now I’m completely confused as to what to do, any suggestions or definitive ways to fix this issue?
