Sims 4 gap in the neck

Hello I noticed a problem very recently small gap in the neck of my sims that goes all around the neck at the bottom of the head is a small detail but it annoys me a lot anyway, I tried to remove all my mods it did not work I repaired the game still nothing and I even reinstalled the game but the gap is still there

that's why I'm posting here hoping to finally solve the problem. Thanks in advance.
