So I am trying to create a symlink to my external drive which I have done numerous times before. This time I am getting an error message stating No directory. I have given terminal and origin full disk access. My external drive and origin permissions are set correctly. I am only have an issue with the MV code. I will attach pictures also. 

Any suggestions or help would be helpful

how did you transfer your mods/cc to your usb this would really help me.

      what do I do because I done see a Alia’s folder in step 2

        If you don't see the Alias it means you haven't correctly entered the command in Terminal.
