That’s what I meant the path way was broken. It kept saying it couldn’t complete because the original item for mods can’t be found.
I ended up starting over before you replied I found your yt vid. Now I can’t get the game to pass the loading screen before it says sims 4 not responding under forced quit

Trash the localthumbcache.package file and rename your Mods folder to something else, like Mods2 or similar. Then try to load the game.
I renamed the folder and it still stop loading & tell me not responding once the plumbob stop spinning it disappears
