Add-ons not downloading

Hey! I've been trying to download my Sims 4 add-ons and it just stops loading at 14% and a error message pops up. I've changed the downloading terminal, changed it back, updated my Mac, and even tried redownloading the whole game. I definitely have enough storage on my computer. Please help!
