All expansion/game/stuff packs not running through SSD

So I've had two laptops, and on the first one (windows) I had the sims 4 base game downloaded on the laptop, and everything else on the SSD, but not the EA folder or game files or anything. Just the ...

Do you have a Sims 4 packs folder in the exact same location as the base game on the external? Wherever you choose to have the game installed, it should look like this, just with a different file path:
