ALL MY SIMS PROPERTIES HAVE DISAPPEARED

What I noticed first was that any house I had played Sims in was now replaced with an empty lot. I immediately left the game so that I could see if the game just needed a restart. The lots are still gone. I've seen other people comment on this issue and similar on various sites, Youtube, Reddit, and here. I've seen others say their sims are also just completely gone. This still has yet to be fixed. So many gameplay hours gone due to these bugs from updates.
