Black Screen on Sims Startup

Everytime I open the Sims 4, it greets me with a black screen. But for some reason, I can hear the background music playing. I have tried restarting my computer and that does hasn't done anything. For some reason also, my computers zoom goes all the way and makes
everything huge. Is there anyway to fix this? oh and by the way, I play on Mac.

Edit: Now it doesn't show me any screen, it just plays the music.
