Re: Game Data Incomplete, grey llamas, red and white sims, broken textures

Hi I recently updated my game and I seem to have some issues. I cannot open the phone menu and if I attempt to open the careers choices from the panel it is blank. also my cas seems to be broken for the expansion packs: horse ranch, lovestruck, life and death, businesses and hobbies, and enchanted by nature. this includes character customisation and traits, additionally I cannot edit relationships in cas.

I have attempted at fix the game by clearing the cashe, repairing the game in the ea app, removing all mods and testing in a new clean save after the above steps, but the game is still broken even in the fresh save

I have attached the UI error file and provided screenshots. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks

Your screenshots show classic issues caused by outdated Mods, especially the UI issues. Your installation may be corrupted too. To fully test you need to follow the instructions in the solution in green in the opening post of this thread I've merged your post into. If you require Mod help you need to post in the Mods forum - The Sims 4 Mods & Custom Content | EA Forums

There are no mods in my game. I removed them, as that was my first thought for cause, cleared the cache, and repaired the game. these screenshots are from a fresh test save after all those steps. the test save only contains base game and ea packs
