Cannot Connect to the Gallery

For context I have a  Macbook air M2 and im fully updated to Sequoia 15.5. For the past week (no its not because of the recent patch) i havent been able to access the gallery at all. It says "connection required" and when i click go online it just loads forever.

Ive tried deleting and reinstalling ea and the sims, restarting my router, changing wifi and connecting to my hotspot, deleting all my cc and tray files, repairing my game, turning my firewall and antivirus off, going online and offline on the ea app, and deleting game cache.
