Cannot Launch the Sims from Mac

Hi, I’ve been playing The Sims on my Mac Pro, but since last week, whenever I try to open the game, it just redirects me back to the EA App.

I’ve already tried reinstalling, repairing, and redownloading the EA App, but the issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this problem or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
