Can't do anything in Detail Edit Mode on CAS

I was trying to edit my sim's face and somehow when I clicked on the feature I want to edit and and tried to drag it to my desired shape, it just won't move. The cursor changed to the hand cursor and the movement sign was out, but when I moved my mouse it just don't change. 

It's also the same for adjusting body shape.

Help me please :")

    Do you use Mods? If so, have you moved the Mods folder to the desktop, trashed the localthumbcache.package file and then gone into CAS?
