Can't download extra content on Mac

I'm playing on Mac and can't download extra contents such as Holiday Celebration Pack. I'm clicking 'download' button but nothing happens. I tried to re-download origin and the Sims 4 but result is a...

Does it say Technical Preview in the top right corner of the Origin window?

    I also am having this problem. It's exclusive to the holiday pack (and the Legacy Edition for what it's worth, though I don't use it). Clicking on the download button does nothing, basically. Tried resetting Origin, did a normal reinstall and two hard reinstalls or the client, cleared caches, checked connection, restarted laptop twice. This is with Big Sur 11.0.1. The window does not say Technical Preview.

        Yep, only the Holiday pack. My other extensions download no problem, it's only stuff in the Extra Content tab!
