Can't launch game

Hello

I have switched from Origin to EA and can't launch the sims 4. It. starts to launch and then it freezes then I have to force quit. I have cleared the cache and tried repairing game and I un installed the game and re installed it again but nothing has worked.

Anyone got ideas?
