Cats and Dogs says restart to use????

Help! I have Sims cats and dogs, but I am on my sister's old account. She uninstalled Cats and Dogs. It says "restart to use" and I've tried to repair the game, restart, restart Origin, I looked in my Electronic Arts tab and Applications, and I didn't see anything. I tried to right click the pack and stuff too. I really don't want to uninstall my game. I just want my Sim to have a cat! Anyone know anything?
