@nanogirl88 I've just tested in my game after changing the IgnoreLotLevel to true and it's working as expected. Did you definitely save it and when you re-open it's showing as true? I tested on a multi level lot I built in Chestnut Ridge.
You don't happen to have more than one installation of the game on your Mac/external drive? Sounds crazy I know but this can sometimes happen when people change the installation location in Origin/EA App without moving the game first. The game will then re-download so they end up with two copies installed and edit the wrong game files.
