Did it work? I'm having the same problems:
-First saying I wasn't connected to the internet but I was, even went to different places and said the same thing.
-Then I deleted the origin cache but didn't make a difference so someone, in a different thread, said to uninstall and reinstall the game---then I couldn't reinstall it and I'm kinda dumb so I thought to delete the file from my laptop might make it reinstall so now the file is gone and I still cant do anything (especially other solutions since they require the file).
-I tried the reset cache thing for origin and it reset it but now it says it cant show me my library, when on the website it shows it fine. When I click on "Play on Origin>>Launch Origin" it tells me I need a product code that I cant find on the emails and since my library wont load, I cant find it through there, either.
I like my current system (I'm not sure which it is or how to find that but I think its Sierra because its the one before El Capitan) and don't really want to get a new one unless I know it works.
