Corrupted Save Files after Finchwick Fair with Households with Adult Horse

If I send my household member to the Finchwick fair, you cannot return to the lot. The loading screen never stops (not frozen, just loading). If you try to load the save after exiting the game, it can't load the household (loading screen). This isn't an issue unless you have a horse in your household that has aged into being an adult for whatever reason. 

I wasn't able to recover the file, even after repairing the game several times, re-installing the EA app, recovering the save files from before visiting the fair (these also would not load my household). I have not had this issue until I installed the Horse Ranch pack a few days ago. 

I uploaded my household and lot to the gallery and started a new game. Again, everything worked perfectly fine (no issues travelling to/from lots, no issue with loading screens) until the Finchwick fair. As soon as the fair ends and I attempt to travel back to the home lot, infinite loading screen. All of the files available for recovery also cannot load. Meanwhile, other households in the same file are fine, and other saved games are fine.
