Cottage Living expansion missing (non pre-order)

Hi There,

I've recently purchased the cottage living expansion pack through Origin. After telling me it had been successfully installed, i launched the sims and the expansion pack was not there.

I have tried all the troubleshooting options from the troubleshooting/guide topic post, and none of them have fixed the issue.

Here are screenshots of origin telling me cottage living is installed and unlocked, and a screenshot of the missing expansion pack when i launch the game.

Any help would be much appreciated.
