Deleted Electronic Arts & Sims 4 folders - Mac

Okay, so just want to preface this by saying that I deleted everything (accidentally of course ) the sims 4 folder, Electronic arts from documents and also iCloud archive.

I have also tried a plethora of things; uninstalling origin and the sims 4, repairing sims 4 etc and nothing has worked. Every time I've re-downloaded the sims I get the sims 4 icon (when clicked it just launches the game) and I'm pretty sure the game is working just fine.

    @xlunasimmer Go to Finder (your Desktop, where all the icons are). Pull down the "Go" menu and select "Go to folder..." (OR just hit Command + Shift + G). In the dialog box that opens enter:

    /Users/Myname/Documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4

    Except change "Myname" to whatever your actual user name is. Does that open a folder window with a bunch of files in it (including a folder called "Saves")?

    I don't understand what the problem is? You can launch the game but you accidentally managed to delete all your games? What do you need help with?

    Hey, the problem is I can't seem to get a sims 4 folder  (the one with the saves, mods and screenshots etc)

    So you can launch the game ok? Can you save the game? Is there a Sims 4 folder in Documents > Electronic Arts?

    If you can launch it ok, play for a bit then save and close. Open it up again and click on Load Game under the Play button. Hover your cursor over the available games to load and the file path should show you where the game is saved to, that's where your Sims 4 folder is.

    Hi so can save the game and can acmes it via load but when I search there's still no  Sims 4 folder or save folder. the save seems to be fine tho

    So I've  found the file path and have copied it but I still can't find the file? (am I being stupid)

    that's the thing though I can't. I can't find the  Electronic Arts file
