Deleted some content from EA folder. HELP!!!! how do i restore it?

Hello Everyone!!!

I am using a mac and had come to a problem of my cc not loading at all. I tried to resolve this problem myself by deleting all my cc and downloading new ones but my cc still was not coming up. I then made the mistake of deleting some folders and applications in the EA folder and emptied out my trash as well. I tried repeatedly deleting sims and reinstalling as well as repairing the game but I cannot get the content back. Without this content I cannot open the sims 4 application at all. Does anyone know how to help me fix this issue??? 

Problem 1 Missing important applications and folders in my EA folder. How do I restore it??

Problem 2 My cc does not pop up. 

Problem 3 My sims 4 application does not open up at all. I cannot play the game. 

As of now I have deleted origin as well as sims 4 to see if i can restore my lost things but I do not have high hopes.
