Dissapearing lots... Anything else I can do to try and fix this?

System: MacBook Air OS Version 13.3

Available space 22 GB

Packs I own: Get to Work (This problem happened prior to this pack), Get Together and Growing Together

Things I've done: 

Deleted all my Sims saves

Uninstalled the game and reinstalled

Cleared space on my MacBook. 

Prior to doing the steps above in my old save, my game would crash when I'd try to CAS or move a sim to a new household with the 801 error code, and the lots would disappear. I just started a brand new save and went to work one day at the hospital, and the next shift it disappeared. I love this game so much, but how can I continue to play it?
